This Quebec Street townhouse in Vancouver needed to shine to command the price that the homeowner is planning on getting.
The first thing to go after all of the clutter, were the blue walls in the dining area and to add a chandelier to help define the space. Once painted, it gave us a clean slate to bring in some fabulous pieces. The goal with home staging is to make the space neutral, so it appeals to any potential buyer.
The realtors words were ” thank you, it looks amazing” and the home owner said “it looks incredible”. Music to my ears!!
