I was thrilled to be informed yesterday that Suze Interiors had received the 2018 Houzz award for “Service”.
It’s one thing to do a good job for your clients, but the most important thing for me is giving great customer service while you’re doing it, which I feel really is the key to any successful business, combined with loving what you do of course.
Having gone to school for Hotel Management in my previous life & working in the hospitality industry for over 25 yrs., I really did learn the art of good customer service. I was taught at one of the hotels that I worked for to do whatever it took to make the clients happy, before they walked out the door. The power of positive experiences is so important if you want to build a good reputation & get repeat customers, which is crucial for the success of my business.
