My client in the West End of Vancouver’s downtown asked for some help……..actually the real estate agent phoned me. He was really frustrated that his well priced condo wasn’t moving & they were interested in staging.
It had been on the market for a bit & the son was finally moving out to give us a clean slate. Before staging , I highly recommended changing ALL of the dated light fixtures, adding a mirror above the sink in the bathroom (can’t imagine brushing my teeth with no mirror), adding a backsplash in the kitchen, pulls on the kitchen cabinets and changing the blue tiles in the entry to a contemporary 18 x 24 inch tile, it looked like night & day.
